Job Title: Information Technology (IT) Manager

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Information Technology (IT) Manager to lead the Group's technology function across a diversified business portfolio spanning Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, FinTech, Hospitality, Real Estate, Security Services, and Maritime. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Company's IT infrastructure, driving digital transformation initiatives, strengthening cybersecurity, and ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable technology operations that support business growth and operational excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the Group's IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, enterprise applications, and technology platforms.
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity measures are in place.
- Oversee system administration, software deployment, hardware maintenance.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, system upgrades, and technology implementations.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology contracts.
- Provide technical leadership and support to business units across the Group.
- Monitor IT performance, resolve technical issues, and ensure high system availability.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to deliver exceptional service.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years' relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and enterprise systems.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure within a diversified or multi-business organization is an added advantage.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), AWS, Azure, or CISSP are desirable.
- Excellent leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
