Job Title: IT Business Analyst 
Location: Lagos
Work mode: Contract (Flexible Hybrid)
 
Job Overview
The Business Analyst will own requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design, serving as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the delivery team.


Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes
• Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants to develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and sign-off sessions
• Define use cases, process flows, and solution designs
• Support UAT planning and execution
• Manage requirement changes and scope clarifications throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualification and skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
•3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, preferably with exposure to consulting environments.
•Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP or any other ERP implementation is a plus.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
