About this role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean and maintain office spaces, offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, and corridors.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as required.
- Clean and sanitise toilets, bathrooms, and other designated areas.
- Dust office furniture, windows, doors, and other surfaces.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and other shared facilities.
- Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary materials.
- Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
- Use cleaning materials and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials and report when replenishment is required.
- Carry out other cleaning-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
- Previous cleaning experience will be an advantage.
- Good personal hygiene and a neat appearance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Punctual, honest, reliable, and hardworking.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect workplace property.
- Physically capable of performing routine cleaning duties.
