Position Overview:
We are seeking a sharp, highly technical AI News Editor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking the rapid daily advancements in AI, curating high-signal breaking news, and managing our publication pipeline. This is not a generic blogging role—you must understand AI concepts, algorithmic models, and tech infrastructure deeply enough to fact-check complex reporting and spot meaningful industry trends before they go mainstream.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Curation & Signal Spotting: Monitor global tech streams, research papers, developer communities, and industry announcements to curate high-signal AI news stories daily.
• Editing & Fact-Checking: Review, edit, and proofread technical articles and product reviews to ensure pristine grammar, absolute technical accuracy, and alignment with our editorial tone.
• Publishing Pipeline Management: Manage the digital publishing pipeline, formatting articles correctly, embedding relevant media assets, and ensuring consistent delivery onto the web platform.
• Writing & Trend Analysis: Produce concise, sharp, SEO-optimized reporting on trending AI applications, open-source model releases, software layers, and infrastructure scaling constraints.
• Quality Control: Ensure 100% original, high-intent content that skips generic press-release filler and goes straight to the technical data our audience relies on.
Required Qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of the artificial intelligence ecosystem, including an understanding of LLMs, robotics frameworks, software-as-a-service layers, and clean-tech infrastructure trends.
• Proven experience as an editor, writer, or content curator for a technology publication, research platform, or technical newsletter.
• Exceptional command of written English, a meticulous eye for detail, and strong structural proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with modern web publishing platforms, content management systems, and SEO best practices.
• Ability to translate complex algorithmic updates or hardware specs into sharp, readable, and objective insights.
