Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer to take ownership of our data pipelines, automation workflows, and web platform infrastructure. Our current technical ecosystem relies heavily on building high-performance services and rapid-deployment APIs. The ideal candidate has deep, hands-on experience architectural design using Go (Golang) for high-concurrency systems and FastAPI (Python) for robust, type-safe API development.
Key Responsibilities:
• API Design & Development: Architect, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable APIs using FastAPI and Go to support internal automation platforms and web properties.
• Data Pipeline Engineering: Design robust backend data processing workflows, scraping architectures, and database interaction layers to capture and parse high-signal tech updates.
• System Optimization: Optimize system performance, memory usage, and concurrency models in Go to handle real-time data monitoring streams efficiently.
• Database Management: Work closely with relational databases (specifically PostgreSQL) to design efficient schemas, manage migrations, and optimize query performance.
• Maintenance & Security: Ensure high availability, code clean lines, automated test coverage, and strict security protocols across all deployment environments.
Required Qualifications:
• Strong professional experience programming in Go (Golang), with a deep understanding of goroutines, channels, and backend concurrency patterns.
• Extensive experience building web applications and production-ready RESTful APIs using FastAPI (Python) and Pydantic.
• Solid proficiency with relational databases, database optimization, and managing structured relational schemas.
• Experience working with modern containerization tools (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment environments.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to translate complex backend specifications into functional, optimized code with minimal oversight.
