- Role: Real Estate Marketer
- Location: Lagos, Nigeria
- Work Mode: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and generate property sales and investment leads
- Promote properties across various marketing channels
- Build relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and corporate clients
- Conduct property inspections and presentations
- Develop sales strategies, negotiate deals, and support clients throughout the sales process
- Monitor market trends, maintain sales reports, and achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage
- Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is desirable
