Job Title: Digital Trade Officer

Location: Festac Town, Lagos
Compensation: ₦150,000 net
Other Benefits: To be communicated by the employer
Working Hours: 8 hours daily
Working Days: 6 days a week
Accomodations: Available for only when on working night shift
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms.
• Assist customers with digital trade enquiries, account issues, or transaction-related requests.
• Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and ensure accuracy in digital records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues and escalate technical problems when necessary.
• Maintain proper documentation of all digital trade activities.
• Prepare periodic reports on digital transactions and operational updates.
• Promote adherence to the organization’s financial and compliance policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist in onboarding customers for digital services and platforms.
Requirements
• Minimum of OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to use digital platforms.
• Excellent communication skills—must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of digital financial transactions (added advantage).
