Job Description

• Oversee fiber-optic network deployment projects (FTTH/FTTx) from inception to completion.

• Manage technical field teams and contractors to ensure project execution according to quality, safety, and timeline standards.

• Direct project scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end FTTH/FTTx fiber-optic deployment and infrastructure projects.

• Direct cross-functional technical teams, field engineers, and third-party contractors.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, deliverable quality, and site safety protocols.

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for stakeholders and management updates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fiber optics and telecommunications project management.

• Technical expertise in FTTH/FTTx network deployment and rollout.

• Demonstrated track record of managing technical teams, vendors, and field contractors.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Attributes

• Bachelor's degree or professional certification in engineering, telecommunications, or project management (e.g., PMP).
