About this role

Pulse is seeking an organized and creative Communications Manager to own the brand story and drive engagement across both internal teams and public platforms. In this role, you will turn everyday company updates, campaigns, and organizational milestones into clear, relatable stories primarily optimized for LinkedIn and internal communications. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will maintain a consistent brand voice, manage a structured content calendar, and ensure that all information flowing through the company is simple, engaging, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the brand story by turning company updates, campaigns, and wins into clear, engaging content for LinkedIn and internal teams.
  • Manage and scale the company's LinkedIn presence with consistent, high-quality, and relatable content.
  • Create, write, and edit versatile communications materials including posts, emails, presentations, and organizational updates.
  • Plan, implement, and manage a structured content calendar across all internal and public communication channels.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership and internal teams to extract ideas, updates, and milestones and translate them into simple, human stories.
  • Review and edit all generated content to guarantee it remains clear, on-brand, and easy for diverse audiences to understand.
  • Stay informed on evolving LinkedIn trends and platform algorithms to keep public content highly relevant.
  • Support internal communications by sharing key operational updates clearly and consistently across all departments.
  • Maintain operational flow by tracking tasks, timelines, meeting notes, action points, and next steps diligently.
  • Support the department with additional writing, editing, or cross-functional coordination tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1–3 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or digital content creation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the proven ability to communicate clearly and adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Comfortable creating content specifically tailored for LinkedIn growth and structured corporate internal communications.
  • Clear understanding of internal communication dynamics and how to present information so it is actionable and easy to digest.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and dependable with a track record of managing timelines and following through on deliverables.
  • Collaborative, curious, and energetic mindset with a strong willingness to learn and test new creative ideas.
