Kudy is seeking a detail-oriented young professional for a hybrid Graduate Intern, Funds Operations position in Abuja, Nigeria. Operating within a fast-growing fintech company, this role sits at the heart of the Finance & Operations team's daily financial ecosystem. Designed specifically for active or incoming NYSC members, the ideal candidate will ensure smooth transaction flows, maintain spotless reconciliations, and optimize data tracking while collaborating across internal product and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team in daily transaction monitoring, fund settlements, and core operational reconciliations.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve payment processing errors or system discrepancies promptly. Maintain and update internal financial data trackers and daily operational logs.
- Utilize spreadsheet software to generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments—including Product, Support, and Engineering—to streamline and optimize overall fund flows.
Requirements
- Must be a current NYSC corper serving in Abuja, preparing to enter camp, or a recent graduate within 6 months post-NYSC completion.
- Must currently reside in Abuja and be comfortable working within a hybrid office-and-home structure.
- A strong natural affinity for data, numbers, and finance with a high capacity to spot patterns and errors.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, featuring comfort with formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements), pivot tables, and advanced data formatting.
- Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and a fast-learning mindset suited for a fast-paced fintech environment.
