Tango Brook Technologies is seeking a strategic and results-oriented professional for the position of Head, Sales & Business Development. Located in Oregun, Lagos, this executive role is responsible for leading the company's overall sales strategy, revenue generation, market expansion, and commercial performance. The Head of Sales & Business Development will drive sustainable business growth by providing strategic leadership to the sales team, developing high-value partnerships, overseeing key corporate accounts, and ensuring strict compliance with sales processes.
Key Responsibilities-
Strategy & Revenue: Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identify emerging markets, and implement penetration initiatives across all business units.

Team Leadership: Supervise and manage the sales team by setting clear KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews, providing mentoring, and coordinating recruitment or training workflows.

Account Management: Oversee strategic, high-value client accounts, build strong relationships with corporate stakeholders, lead major contract negotiations, and handle escalated service concerns.

Business Development: Identify and establish strategic growth partnerships, develop tailored business pitches and presentations, and represent the organization at industry networking engagements.

Operations & Reporting: Monitor pipeline management and sales forecasting using CRM tools, ensure operational compliance, and analyze data to support executive decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal Operations, Finance, Technology, and Customer Experience teams to optimize product offerings and ensure seamless service delivery.

Tenure: Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 5 years operating in a dedicated leadership role.

Sector Background: Proven track record of achieving corporate revenue targets and leading high-performing teams. Experience in technology, fintech, mobility, energy, or fuel solutions is an advantage.

Core Competencies: Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, high-level negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and relationship management abilities.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software platforms, sales reporting systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Degree: Bachelor of Science (BSc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Certifications: Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Management are an added advantage.

Compensation: Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦1,500,000 to ₦1,800,000 Net.
