Code & Dataset Engineering: Design and develop efficient Python code to train, optimize, and evaluate AI models, while leading Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) dataset creation.
-
Model Evaluation & Alignment: Evaluate and rank AI model responses, perform performance evaluations (Evals), and write comprehensive reasoning rationales to improve model alignment.
-
Research Collaboration: Collaborate with researchers and annotators to execute Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), refine reward models, and develop optimal response strategies.
-
Analytical Problem Solving: Extract insights from public databases (e.g., Kaggle, UN, US government) to answer business queries, clearly document reasoning inside Jupyter notebooks, and fix code bugs.
-
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough peer reviews of code and documentation, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate across teams to enhance training processes.
