Fleet Officer (NYSC) Expired

CEN Global Services is recruiting a Fleet Officer (NYSC) to support its dynamic operations team. This role is specifically open to serving or prospective National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members stationed within Port Harcourt. The selected corps member will assist in managing transport logistics, maintaining precise data logs, and ensuring seamless asset coordination in a fast-paced environment.

• Position: Fleet Officer (NYSC)

• Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State

• Employment Type: Full-time (NYSC Internship)

• Operations Support: Assist the primary operations unit with daily fleet coordination, dispatch tracking, and logistics scheduling.

• Data Logging: Track fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance requests, and route operational timelines.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain highly organized, clean digital and physical records of asset status logs and driver assignments.

• Cross-Functional Syncing: Provide real-time operational updates to supervisors and internal logistics stakeholders.

• NYSC Status: Must be a currently serving or prospective NYSC corps member already deployed to or looking to relocate his/her PPA to the city of Port Harcourt.

• Education: A good Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study.

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel for tracking and data organization.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, solid documentation habits, and a sharp attention to detail.

• Work Style: Ability to adapt quickly, multi-task, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
