Graduate Intern - International Business

RDIC AFRICA, a strategic consulting and business development organization, is recruiting a Graduate Intern in International Business (Sales Outsourcing) for its subsidiary brand, INARIC / MarketBridge Africa. Based in Lekki, Lagos, this role offers hands-on training and practical exposure in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and go-to-market strategies across African markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify prospective clients across target industries, conduct market intelligence research, and generate qualified B2B sales leads.

• Client Acquisition & Outreach: Support outreach campaigns, coordinate meetings with potential partners, and follow up on business opportunities.

• Documentation & Strategy: Draft sales presentations, business proposals, and pitch materials while assisting in the development of client go-to-market strategies.

• CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales pipelines, and prepare weekly market intelligence and sales activity reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Status: Completed NYSC or currently eligible for an internship placement.

• Digital Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

• Skills: Excellent written/verbal communication, research, and interpersonal skills.
