E-Commerce Sales Executive / Brand Promoter

Bee Shop E-Commerce Limited—a next-generation C2X e-commerce platform linking global retail with local lifestyle services—is recruiting an E-Commerce Sales Executive / Brand Promoter at its Nigerian headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos State. This full-time role focuses on driving platform user acquisition, onboarding shoppers and merchants, promoting e-commerce products, assisting with digital rewards tools, and meeting target metrics following initial corporate training.

• Location: Ikeja (Allen Avenue), Lagos State (On-site physical presence required)

• User Acquisition & Promotion: Drive awareness and onboard prospective customers, shoppers, and local merchant partners onto the Bee Shop platform.

• Customer Support & Guidance: Assist new users with account registration, platform navigation, and processing digital shopping transactions.

• Field Execution & Training: Attend physical training and alignment sessions at the Ikeja headquarters, utilizing corporate materials to meet sales targets.

• Relationship & Reporting: Build relationships with key shoppers and merchant partners while submitting daily/weekly activity logs to the Sales Operations Manager.

• Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields (SSCE holders with strong sales track records may also apply).

• Experience: 1 to 15 years of general experience; prior experience in sales, field marketing, brand promotion, or digital marketing is an added advantage.

• Location Requirement: Must reside in Lagos State and be able to report physically to the Allen Avenue office in Ikeja for operations and training.

• Core Skills: Persuasive communication, interpersonal skills, adaptability, target orientation, and willingness to learn.

• Monthly compensation range of ₦200,000 to ₦600,000 (structured allowance plus performance bonuses).
