About this role
Ecofitness Hub Limited—a fast-growing fitness chain operating across Lagos and Abuja—is recruiting a Content Creator for its facility in Lekki, Lagos State. This full-time creative role focuses on capturing and producing real-time gym activities, fitness sessions, and community events to generate dynamic short-form video content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities-
Video Production & Live Coverage: Capture daily high-energy workouts, trainer classes (Aerobics, HIIT, Yoga, Dance), sports events (Football, Lawn Tennis, Basketball), and brand promotions.

Content Creation & Editing: Produce short-form video content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook; perform basic video editing (cutting, adding captions, trending audio, and motion effects).

Calendar Execution & Ideation: Partner with the social media team to execute monthly content calendars, brainstorm viral concepts, and incorporate current lifestyle/fitness trends.

Asset Management: Organize and archive raw footage and photo libraries for content repurposing and future marketing campaigns.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience creating short-form video content (TikTok, Reels) and managing creative workflows.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot) and basic camera operation.

Core Competencies: Strong creative eye, enthusiasm for fitness/lifestyle topics, social media trend awareness, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
