Visual Designer & Video Editor

CAMERAjOINT—Africa’s content creation retail hub specializing in cameras, lighting, audio gear, and visual storytelling equipment—is recruiting a Visual Designer & Video Editor for its team in Lekki, Lagos State. This role combines graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling to produce engaging promotional materials, social media assets, product showcases, and educational content that resonate with Nigeria's creator community.

• Video Production & Editing: Assemble raw footage, edit high-quality promotional videos, product reviews, gear walkthroughs, short-form reels, and tutorials for social channels and online platforms.

• Visual & Graphic Design: Design eye-catching digital banners, social media assets, promotional flyers, and brand graphics aligned with CAMERAjOINT's visual identity.

• Content Storytelling: Work closely with marketing and product specialists to translate technical camera gear features into visually compelling, easy-to-understand content.

• Brand Consistency & Asset Management: Maintain consistent visual guidelines, organize digital media archives, and optimize video/graphic exports for web and mobile performance.

• Educational Background: Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, Media Production, or an equivalent practical background.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator).

• Creative Portfolio: Practical experience in graphic design and video editing (a portfolio link showing video edits, graphic designs, or social media content is highly recommended when applying).

• Industry Passion: Familiarity with camera gear, lighting, audio equipment, and current content creation trends in Nigeria is a strong advantage.
