About the Role

Talenture Group, through its brands Oscar Temple, Energi Talent Resourcing, and FMCG Search, is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded Consultant to identify B2B business opportunities, engage decision-makers, build client relationships, and generate revenue. The role is primarily office-based, with external client meetings when required

• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: NGN 175,000 per month + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities

• Research target markets and generate qualified B2B leads through digital research, networking, referrals, and other channels
• Engage business owners, senior executives, HR leaders, and other decision-makers to understand their needs and identify commercial opportunities
• Present the company products and services, communicate value, handle objections, negotiate, and convert prospects into clients
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, following up consistently and maintaining accurate records of prospects, opportunities, and next steps
• Develop long-term client relationships, identify additional opportunities within existing accounts, and contribute to revenue growth and business targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements and ensure a smooth client experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Economics, or a related field
• Completed NYSC
• At least one year of post-NYSC experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing, customer service, or another client-facing role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and follow-up skills
• Commercial interest and ability to work towards targets
• Residence within a reasonable commuting distance of Lekki, Lagos
