About this role
C-Restructure Consulting is hiring a Female Customer Service Representative for an onsite role in Ajah, Lagos. Preferred gender: Female. The role covers customer enquiries, sales support, and brand content creation
Job Details
- Location: Ajah, Lagos, Nigeria
- Work Mode: On-site
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Days: Monday-Saturday
- Pay: NGN 120,000 monthly, increasing to NGN 150,000 upon confirmation
- Preferred Gender: Female
Key Duties
- Handle customer enquiries
- Close sales and assist customers
- Support brand content creation
Requirements
- HND or NCE qualification; a BSc is an added advantage
- Experience in customer service, sales, or retail is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with social media content creation
- Smart, neat, punctual, and presentable
- Must be able to commute conveniently to Ajah
