Aztec Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking customer-focused and responsible Collection Officers to support its collection operations while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and accountability
Key Responsibilities- Manage collection activities professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of collections and transactions
- Handle POS-related collection activities
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers
- Ensure accountability and integrity in all collection activities
- Work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Minimum of SSCE; OND is preferred
- Must be numerate and POS-literate
- Presentable, courteous, and customer-focused
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professional independence
- Relevant experience in hospitality, retail, finance, cash handling, or stock control is an advantage
