Program Officers, MERL Officer & Admin Officer (Development Sector)

Opportunities in the Development Sector — three openings (FCT and Kano).
1. Program Officers (FCT and Kano)
The Program Officers will design and coordinate development projects and research interventions: develop workplans; write technical reports, success stories and case studies; organize and coordinate stakeholder events; coordinate field work; support data mobilization and management; and coordinate the implementation of workplan activities in a systematic and efficient manner. Requirements: Masters or PhD in the Social Sciences, Education, Law, Development Studies or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in development programming, particularly in education, governance, gender, digital rights or economic empowerment.
2. Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Officer (FCT)
The MERL Officer will lead the organisation's monitoring, evaluation, research and learning functions: producing concept notes and research designs; designing MEL frameworks and developing and pretesting data collection tools; coordinating assessments; ensuring data quality; analysing qualitative and quantitative data; producing performance and stakeholder reports; documenting lessons learned; and promoting evidence-based and adaptive programming. Requirements: Masters or PhD in Sociology, Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies or a related field, with at least four (4) years' relevant experience in the development sector. Strong data analysis, research and report writing skills, with proficiency in Excel, Epi-Info, NVivo or AI-enabled reporting tools.
3. Admin Officer (FCT)
The Admin Officer ensures smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring internal and external operations and communication align with the Center's protocols. S/he will provide strategic support to the HRM, Finance Director and Program team; supervise security officers; manage facilities and minor office equipment; be responsible for maintenance; and manage the smooth running of information flows. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management, Finance or Accounts, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
