National Cook

Whassan Nigeria Limited is a catering and hospitality services company operating industrial-scale kitchens that serve large organisations across Nigeria.

We are seeking an experienced National Cook with strong knowledge of Nigerian cuisine, particularly Nigerian soups, to work in an industrial kitchen. The successful candidate will cook large volumes of food efficiently and consistently while maintaining excellent quality and hygiene standards.

• Prepare a wide variety of Nigerian dishes and soups.
• Cook large volumes of food efficiently and consistently.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Ensure proper handling and preparation of ingredients.
• Follow kitchen schedules and production plans for large-scale meal service.
• Uphold food safety practices throughout preparation and storage.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3–5 years' relevant cooking experience.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian cuisine and soups.
• Previous experience in an industrial kitchen is required.
• Ability to prepare large quantities of food at a time.
