About the Role
Little Ant Limited is seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to join its team in Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos. The role offers a gross monthly salary of ₦250,000.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Windows administration, networking, hardware repairs, OS installations, backups, cybersecurity, and remote support tools.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, MCP, ITIL, or cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers and IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage Windows systems, user accounts, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, and switches.
- Handle software installations, backups, endpoint security, and remote support.
- Support employee onboarding and maintain IT inventory.
- Recommend infrastructure improvements.
- ₦250,000 gross monthly salary.
