Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee architecture, interior design, fit-out, and construction projects from planning through to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee architecture, interior design, fit-out and construction projects end to end
- Manage projects from planning stage through to final handover
- Develop and manage bills of quantities (BOQs) and project budgets
- Maintain accurate project documentation throughout delivery
- Coordinate stakeholders, consultants and contractors across project phases
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant project management experience
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, budgeting and project documentation
- Proficiency with project management tools
- AutoCAD/SketchUp knowledge is an advantage
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage

- Salary: N350,000 - N400,000 monthly
