DM Holdings (DMH), a conglomerate of companies with interests in the entertainment and media business, is recruiting a Video Editor to join its team in Ojodu Berger, Lagos, on a full-time basis
Job Description
The Video Editor will turn raw footage into polished final videos while ensuring proper framing, composition and brand consistency across all outputs
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished final videos using industry-standard software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve
- Ensure proper framing, composition and brand consistency
- Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines and deadlines
- Review and revise videos based on feedback
- Maintain organized video files and an accessible media archive
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years of proven experience as a videographer and video editor; portfolio required
- Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
- Strong knowledge of lighting, sound, cinematography and visual storytelling principles
- Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
