Health Educator

Bioventures Limited is a health-focused biomedical equipment and medical supplies company dedicated to distributing high-quality medical equipment, laboratory instruments and essential healthcare products to hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, research institutions and clinics across Africa

The Health Educator will design targeted health education programmes for the community, gathering data and developing education plans that promote healthy lifestyles and wellness. You will work with a team of medical professionals to understand community needs and build an education plan to address them

• Design and distribute health education materials and aids, including pamphlets, notices, video and audio clips, images and posters
• Facilitate health education events, workshops, conferences and presentations
• Promote health education initiatives via press releases, media campaigns, social media platforms and websites
• Identify strategic partnerships with organisations and stakeholders that promote health education
• Coordinate grant applications to obtain funding for health education programmes
• Document activities, record information and maintain databases, as well as oversee health education programme staff and volunteers
• Provide staff, community agencies and organisations with access to health education resources

• HND or Bachelor's Degree with 0-1 years experience
• Only applicants residing in Lagos and its environs should apply
• Experience in collecting and analysing data, as well as formulating objectives
• Ability to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate health education programmes
• Ability to develop educational materials and aids that promote and present health education initiatives
• Drive to achieve sustainable health education programme results
