Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between the company and its customers, providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving emerging issues with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Generate sales leads and meet personal and team sales targets and call-handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Gather and relay customer feedback for service improvement
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
