Job Description
The Startup Place is a management consulting firm providing business development services for startups and small and medium businesses. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and COO.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day running of paid, organic and lifecycle marketing channels.
Requirements
- One to three years of experience in growth, performance or digital marketing, in an agency or in-house.
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns end to end, rather than only briefing an agency.
- Confidence using spreadsheets and analytics to retrieve, check and explain data.
- Familiarity with a CRM or automation platform such as HubSpot, Klaviyo or Braze.
- Clear written communication, especially when reporting results.
Additional Information
- Monthly salary: NGN 300,000-500,000.
- Preferred skills include basic SQL, landing pages in Webflow or Unbounce, and affiliate or partner channels.
