HR Lead

InEvent, a remote startup, is hiring an HR Lead to support employee relations, HR operations, talent attraction, employer branding and people management across the organisation.

• Advise on employee relations and engagement matters.
• Maintain HR records and manage the HRIS.
• Improve HR processes, policies and administrative functions.
• Support employer branding and social media recruitment campaigns.
• Develop branding strategies to increase employer brand awareness.
• Support talent attraction, onboarding, performance management, benefits, welfare and other people processes.

• 2+ years of HR experience, particularly in employee relations and branding.
• Experience with HRIS.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Creative, proactive, responsible and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Must have a personal laptop (Mac or Windows) and mobile device (iOS or Android).
