Media Campaign Manager

About the Role

A data-driven, strategic, and execution-oriented Media Campaign Manager is needed to take full ownership of paid media and customer acquisition strategies. This role designs, launches, and optimizes high-performing advertising campaigns across channels, with a focus on clean data, positive ROI, and creative testing.

Location and Arrangement

Lagos, Nigeria. Full-time, on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and deploy paid advertising campaigns across major networks, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
• Monitor real-time daily performance data, and adjust budget pacing, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI and control acquisition costs.
• Partner with internal content and design teams to brief asset requirements, test copy and imagery variations, and update ad materials based on performance.
• Identify high-value audience segments, build precise decision trees and delivery rules, and monitor competitor landscapes.
• Compile clear daily and weekly performance reports, translating attribution metrics into actionable growth insights for leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising and user acquisition (UA) strategies.
• Deep technical proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong data literacy, with the ability to draw meaningful narratives from conversion funnels and attribution models.
• Strong written English and skill at crafting compelling, high-converting ad copy.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple budgets, timelines, and testing variables without losing attention to detail.
