About the Role
IKNORBERT Communications Limited is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support business growth through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will analyze business data, develop reporting systems, identify trends, and provide recommendations that improve sales performance, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, onsite role in Alaba, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Build reports and analytics to support sales performance and decision-making.
- Ensure data is properly stored, organized, and accessible.
- Respond to data requests and inquiries from internal teams.
- Collaborate with management to develop data strategies and models.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and business performance.
- Identify opportunities for product, service, and process improvements.
- Monitor inventory turnover, margins, and regional performance metrics.
- Maintain data quality by identifying and resolving data issues.
- Work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc/B.Ed in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Information Management, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
