Business Development Officer

About the Role

TRT GLOBAL LIMITED is hiring a Business Development Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Lagos. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, building client relationships, and meeting sales and business development targets. Candidates must be resident within Chevron, Orchid, Ajah, Lafiaji, or Lekki Phase 1. Immediate resumption required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to understand and meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet agreed sales targets and achieve set business development goals.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and people-management skills.
• Must be willing to resume immediately.
• Must be resident within Chevron, Orchid, Ajah, Lafiaji, or Lekki Phase 1.

Notes

• This is strictly an on-site role.
• Salary: NGN 150,000 - 170,000 per month.
