Requirements
- BSc, HND, or OND in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel operations is an advantage
- Knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or other GDS platforms
- Good knowledge of airline fares, ticketing rules, baggage policies, and travel procedures
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good computer and internet skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet ticketing deadlines
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional, responsive, and customer-focused attitude
