About the Role
Bradfield Consulting is hiring a Creative Associate to support visual merchandising, styling, and brand presentation across retail and digital channels. Full-time, onsite in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Support visual merchandising, store layouts, window displays, and product presentation
- Assist with seasonal themes, promotions, and in-store campaigns
- Contribute creative ideas for photoshoots, styling, set designs, and marketing campaigns
- Support model selection, photography coordination, and campaign activities
- Assist with digital merchandising and online product presentation
- Collaborate with Buying, Retail, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to maintain consistent brand presentation
- Support store visits and identify opportunities to improve merchandising effectiveness
- Stay updated on fashion, retail, visual merchandising trends, and competitor activities
Ideal Candidate
- Creative with a strong eye for aesthetics, colour, styling, and visual presentation
- Passionate about fashion, retail, and visual merchandising
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and willing to learn
- Degree or qualification in Fashion, Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage
