Production Manager

Tabs Atelier is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee fashion and garment production operations. This is a full-time live-in role with accommodation provided. The successful candidate will handle production planning, team supervision, quality control, inventory management, cost control, and timely delivery of customer orders.

About the Role

Lead day-to-day fashion and garment production for Tabs Atelier. Plan and schedule work, supervise production teams, protect quality and fabric utilization, control costs, and keep customer delivery deadlines on track.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule fashion and garment production to meet customer delivery deadlines.
• Supervise tailors, cutters, pattern makers, finishers, quality control personnel, and production teams.
• Maintain quality assurance across garment construction, fittings, and alterations.
• Manage fabric utilization, inventory, stock control, and production costing.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Lead reporting and performance management for the production team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in fashion production, garment manufacturing, production management, or a similar supervisory role.
• Experience supervising tailors, cutters, pattern makers, finishers, quality control personnel, and production teams.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, garment construction, fittings, alterations, and quality assurance.
• Experience managing fabric utilization, inventory, stock control, production costing, and customer delivery deadlines.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, reporting, and performance management skills.
• Ability to coordinate equipment maintenance and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Willingness to work under a live-in arrangement with accommodation provided.

Compensation

NGN 200,000 - 300,000 net monthly, plus live-in accommodation.
