About the Role

We are looking for a passionate leader in high-end fashion to elevate stores in Lekki 1 and Surulere, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and drive sales growth.
  • Lead the store team and enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure strong commercial and administrative management.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of senior retail operations experience.
  • Luxury or premium retail background.
  • Strong skills in sales management and inventory control.
  • Must reside close to the store locations in Lekki 1 or Surulere.

Compensation and Schedule

  • NGN 300,000 - 350,000 monthly.
  • 5-day work week, with occasional Saturdays.

Location

Lekki 1 and Surulere, Lagos (onsite).
