Head of Engineering, Rewards

Moniepoint provides payment, banking, credit and business-management tools to businesses and consumers.

Lead the Rewards platform from cashback toward a broader retention, engagement and personalisation product for business, consumer and sales-agent audiences.

• Own the Rewards strategy, architecture and roadmap.
• Improve the existing cashback product.
• Expand rewards across customer and sales-agent segments.
• Build the engineering organisation and product units.
• Establish A/B testing and experimentation practices.
• Partner with Growth, Sales and Marketing.
• Own mobile and web customer experience.
• Set engineering health metrics and operating standards.
• Prepare the platform for multiple geographies.

• Experience shipping consumer products at scale.
• Strong front-end and mobile engineering depth.
• Hands-on experimentation, feature flags and A/B testing.
• 5+ years managing engineering managers.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on technical leadership and coding credibility.
• Java and Spring Boot familiarity.
• Experience scaling engineering organisations.
• Rewards, loyalty, gamification or personalisation experience is an advantage.
