Lead the platform engineering and modernisation of MonieCRM, sales-network operations, commissions, wallets and marketing technology.

• Own technical strategy for sales and marketing tooling.
• Modernise complex distributed systems.
• Lead systems supporting a large field-sales network.
• Protect financial correctness in wallets and commissions.
• Set architecture, reliability and engineering standards.
• Lead customer engagement and marketing technology engineering.
• Manage and develop a large engineering organisation.
• Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders.

• 10–15 years of software-engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• 5+ years writing and shipping production Java.
• 5+ years managing engineering managers.
• Platform engineering at significant scale.
• Legacy migration and re-architecture at 20M+ user scale.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot backend skills.
• Experience managing teams of 20 or more.
• Financial-correctness systems experience is an advantage.
