Security & Technology Risk Analyst

Moniepoint is a financial technology company operating payment, banking, credit and business management services.

The Security and Technology Risk Analyst will identify, monitor and report security and technology risks, translating risk data into actionable information for compliance and operational resilience.

• Conduct security and technology risk assessments across cloud, infrastructure, products and third parties.
• Perform business impact analyses and maintain recovery objectives.
• Administer the security risk register and audit evidence.
• Develop risk treatment plans with cross-functional teams.
• Track remediation, escalate delays and monitor residual risk.
• Design risk metrics, dashboards and executive reporting.
• Assess emerging threats and regulatory changes.
• Align activities with ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NDPA, NIST and FAIR.
• Support vendor risk assessments and communicate findings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Five or more years in operational, cybersecurity or technology risk.
• Experience with risk assessments, threat analysis or vulnerability management.
• Experience developing risk metrics, KPIs or executive dashboards.
• Familiarity with recognised risk management frameworks.
• Financial services, fintech or regulated-industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
• Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• CISM, CRISC or equivalent certification is preferred.
