The team is growing its digital presence and looking for a young creative to join as a Social Media Intern/Content Creator.

About the Role

Full-time onsite internship/content role working with the Marketing Team on social content, calendars, ads, short-form video, shoots, and creative copy. Compensation is competitive, with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and execute social media content.
• Generate fresh and creative content ideas for Taurean Max's social media platforms.
• Create content calendars, post on the company's pages, run and monitor ads, and contribute to campaign planning.
• Research current social media trends, formats, sounds, conversations, and content styles relevant to the brand.
• Identify creative ways to make real estate content more engaging, relatable, informative, and entertaining.
• Assist with short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Participate in property shoots, site visits, interviews, events, behind-the-scenes content, and other production activities.
• Assist the Videographer with content shoots, including planning shots, brainstorming concepts, and capturing additional content where required.
• Work with the Graphics Designer on ideas for visual content, carousels, social posts, and other creative assets.
• Assist with scripting, content research, storyboarding, and development of creative concepts.
• Write captions, hooks, headlines, video concepts, and other short-form content copy.
• Repurpose existing company content into fresh formats and content pieces.
• Identify opportunities to create content from everyday company activities, project sites, meetings, events, and inspections.
• Monitor audience engagement and provide ideas based on what is performing well.
• Ensure assigned content tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Perform other marketing and content-related duties as assigned by the Marketing Team Lead.

Requirements

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, digital marketing, and online culture.
• Previous experience creating social media content is an advantage (personal projects, freelance work, or managing a brand's social media page).
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, plus editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to generate original content ideas.
• Good understanding of current social media trends and digital culture.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and improve.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be available to work fully onsite at the Taurean Max office in Anthony Village, Lagos.
