About the Role

Ernst & Young (EY) is hiring a Staff, ITTS-Transfer Pricing Associate for its Transfer Pricing team in Lagos, Nigeria (onsite, full-time). The role involves preparing transfer pricing documentation, conducting benchmarking studies, completing transfer pricing returns, and supporting advisory and controversy projects across diverse industries. Compensation is competitive.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with transfer pricing and Country-by-Country Reporting filings in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation, including Master Files and Local Files, and review Country-by-Country Reports.
• Conduct economic and functional analyses to support transfer pricing positions.
• Perform benchmarking and comparability studies using databases and research tools.
• Support the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies and strategies.
• Assist with transfer pricing audits and controversy matters.
• Collaborate with tax, legal, and finance teams on transfer pricing matters.
• Monitor changes in transfer pricing regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposals and client presentations.
• Mentor graduate trainees and interns and support knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of transfer pricing experience.
• Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and local transfer pricing regulations.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Location

Onsite in Lagos, Nigeria. Full-time.
