IT Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Officer to provide technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across our locations
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot computers, printers, Microsoft 365, applications and network issues
- Manage IT tickets and resolve incidents within SLA
- Install and maintain IT equipment and peripherals
- Support LAN/Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric and other IT-enabled systems
- Maintain IT asset records and support user onboarding and deployments
- OND, HND, BSc or BTech in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- 2-4 years' experience in IT support or helpdesk
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and IT ticketing systems
