Job Summary

A financial services organisation is recruiting Agent Field Officers (AFO) in Abuja to market retail banking products, onboard customers and agents, and grow transactions on its banking platform

Job Responsibilities

• Market retail banking products and services
• Handle cheque pickups (revenue collection)
• Prepare call memos and target market lists
• Respond to customers' inquiries on the activities of the Business Group
• Assist with loan request documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform
• Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected
• Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the company's financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps and savings plans
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly acquisition and transaction targets

Requirements

• Qualification: NCE, OND, HND or BSc Degree
• Age: Not more than 35 years
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of marketing experience

Salary and Benefits

NGN 115,000 - 130,000 monthly, plus HMO, pension and other benefits
