Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling advice
- Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions and fashion trends
