Fortis Global Insurance Plc is seeking ambitious, confident, goal-driven and relationship-focused individuals to join its team as Financial Advisors. The role involves helping individuals and businesses with insurance and financial protection solutions while building client relationships and generating new business
Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

- Advise individuals and businesses on insurance and financial protection solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings and present suitable insurance solutions
- Prospect through referrals, networking and other business-development channels
- Follow up on prospects and convert opportunities into business
- Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets
- Participate in training, seminars and professional development programmes
- Result-oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about sales and relationship management

- Previous experience in insurance or sales is an advantage, but motivated individuals who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply
