CapitalSage Holdings, a multinational African business group established in 2014 with businesses across financial services, technology, healthcare, agribusiness, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics and digital commerce, is recruiting exceptional graduates for its SageForge Graduate Trainee Program

SageForge is a 12-month leadership and career acceleration journey. It starts with a 6-week intensive, classroom-based Foundation Block (bootcamp) in Ibadan, after which Associates are placed across CapitalSage Group businesses to work on live projects

Program Highlights

• Duration: 12 months, with the inaugural cohort onboarding in November 2026
• 6-week Foundation Block in Ibadan covering business fundamentals, leadership, analytical thinking and the CapitalSage ecosystem
• Placement across Group businesses in financial services and fintech, healthcare, agribusiness, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics and e-commerce
• Mentorship from experienced executives, coaching and continuous performance feedback
• Top-performing Associates may transition into confirmed entry-level roles across the Group

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Minimum Second Class Upper, 2:1)
• All academic disciplines welcome
• NYSC completed by November 2026 (before the program begins)
• Available for the full 12-month program
