Kolomoni Microfinance Bank, a CBN-licensed financial institution, is seeking three Bank Tellers to process customer transactions accurately, manage cash, provide professional service, and ensure compliance with banking procedures and regulations

• Location: Ibadan, Ogbomoso, and Saki, Oyo State
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Openings: 3

Responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other approved transactions
• Verify customer identities, account details, and supporting documents
• Manage teller tills, daily cash balances, custody, and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate transaction records and weekly operational reports
• Investigate and escalate cash discrepancies, suspicious transactions, and operational issues
• Comply with KYC, AML/CFT, regulatory, and internal control requirements
• Provide courteous customer service and maintain confidentiality
• Support branch opening/closing procedures and other Operations duties

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in banking, cash handling, or financial services is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic banking operations and cash management
• Strong numerical, reconciliation, and Microsoft Office skills
• Attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Awareness of regulatory compliance and internal controls
