Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced, strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive business growth

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of achieving marketing and business targets, with measurable results from previous roles that demonstrate their ability to lead a team and deliver results

Location: Ketu, Lagos
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
• Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• Experience in a real estate company is an advantage
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding marketing, sales or business development targets
• Must have measurable past results that can demonstrate their capacity to deliver against set targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and manage Marketing Executives
• Experience setting, monitoring and achieving team targets
• Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate leads and drive revenue
• Target-driven, proactive, accountable and results-oriented
