Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, estimates and project budgets
- Monitor costs, valuations and expenditure
- Review tenders, quotations and variations
- Prepare cost and commercial reports
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Relevant, quality experience in real estate or building construction, preferably on high-rise projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, valuations and cost management
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and commercial acumen
