Permanent Capital Ventures Limited is seeking a creative and technically skilled Short-Form Videographer to produce high-quality video content for its businesses and brands

Job Details

• Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: NGN 200,000 - 250,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Film short-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment
• Direct recording sessions and help presenters deliver their messages naturally and confidently
• Organise batch-recording sessions and conduct on-location filming, including interviews and street interviews
• Edit videos, typically 30-90 seconds long, adding subtitles, captions, branding and graphics
• Ensure high standards of sound quality, colour correction, framing and visual consistency
• Produce videos in suitable formats and aspect ratios for different platforms
• Organise, maintain and back up recorded footage and completed videos
• Collaborate with the content team to turn scripts, concepts and creative briefs into finished videos
• Plan recording sessions, prepare equipment and identify suitable filming locations
• Recommend creative approaches, visual treatments and supporting footage to improve audience engagement
• Coordinate production schedules and deliver completed videos on time
• Stay updated on short-form video trends, editing techniques and platform-specific formats

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in videography and short-form video production
• A portfolio of completed videos, preferably including interviews, talking-head videos, educational content and business or professional content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software
• Practical knowledge of camera operation, lighting, audio recording and colour correction
• Ability to produce clean, professional videos for business and professional audiences
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage production schedules and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel for occasional on-location shoots
• Experience producing content for professional services firms, founders, executives, technology companies or consumer brands is an advantage
